Hi, I’m Anita.
I live here at Clay Bank with my partner Garry - I look forward to working with you.
Having worked as an interior designer for 15 years, I am a details person who gets stuff done. Garry’s a farmer through and through, whose family has been tending this 270-hectare coastal farm for more than 40 years.
When we are not designing interiors, planning events, or working the farm, you’ll find us exploring the densely forested walking tracks surrounding the land, taking in the sound of crashing waves with a great meal, or enjoying good times with friends and neighbours over a good wine.
That’s the thing: we love throwing a good party on this land. Over the years, we have celebrated everything here - from weddings, to birthdays, to the simple joy of a hard day’s work. We take great delight in sharing this piece of paradise with good people.
Our events venue encapsulates all the best of Northland: long, sunny summer days, a cooling sea breeze, lush pohutukawa lining the shore, and sparkling sea views.
It means a lot to us when people choose to celebrate something special here. In doing so, you are forever woven into this land’s story. To honour that connection, we plant five local trees to mark every event booked.
